I would second dues ex for one of my favourites. The amount of freedom and choice that game gave you was very nice plus it had a reasonably interesting plot. Red Alert 2 also a very good game. I can never name a single favourite as there are so many I have enjoyed over the years.

Yeah I tried it in wine aswell. Seemed to work. Does the character normally move quite slow or is it just me?

I think it would depend on the individual game and the style of that particular game. Different genres deal with things in different ways because it works well there (for example the 'knocked out' idea wouldn't work in a final fantasy style rpg). I will be free of Windows for 2 years come october...though sadly I'll likely have to use it in the future when I leave education and have to get a job. (I'm a linux user in case you hadn't guessed)

As I understand it using sessions without quite a bit of php knowledge is a security risk in its self, it requires some work to prevent session hijacking and other troublesome things...
