It's hard to say whats normal without knowing which video card you are using. They will differ in what their load temps are and safe thresholds. Although I can pretty much guarantee you that you are ok. 165f or ~73c is a normal temp for most gpus. Mine will hit 80 at times.

You can actually use a gamepad already in beta. It's how I play. Definitely more comfortable than keyboard for me. And currently it does appear to be the only way to activate abilities. Interesting, I guess you just scroll through them on the gamepad? I'm okay with that, for whatever reason I hate ...

Yes, which service provider do you use? Unfortunately what you're looking for is known as Tethering and it is a paid service with most SPs. I use verizon wireless and i believe its an extra $10 a month for it.
