I just wanted to take a minute to say congrats to Falco and the entire ES team for making it to where they are right now. It seems like there are some very good things in store for you guys, and the Elysian Shadows project is finally getting the recognition it deserves. I joined this forum 5 years a...

I would hardly call a missing question mark, using than in place of then, and forgetting -ing on program in one instance "terrible" grammar. It's the idea that counted here anyways.

Hahaha, what can I say; pro-wrestling is a guilty pleasure of ours so we had to fit it in. I appreciate the comment about our voices. Nice microphones definitely help that alot!

The Nerd Night - New Website

Hey Guys, I just wanted to advertise a new site that I recently started with a few friends of mine. The site focuses on tabletop games, video games, comics, professional wrestling(WWE), and other generally nerdy things. We just posted our first podcast today which you can listen to on the site, and ...

Re: Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword?

While I did enjoy Skyward Sword, I don't believe it was a 'great' Zelda game. Maybe slightly better than Twilight Princess.

Here is a great article by Tevis Thompson on the current state of the Zelda franchise and what is wrong with it. http://tevisthompson.com/saving-zelda/

Re: I'm at my wits end with this

My recommendation to you would be to download and install winrar or 7zip if you don't have one of those programs. Both are very powerful compression/extraction applications. With one installed, you should be able to right-click on the .zip file and tell it exactly where you want to extract the files...

Spritesheet Clipping in C#/XNA

Hey Guys, I am looking for information on spritesheet clipping in c#/XNA. I'm familiar with how to handle rendering regions of a spritesheet with SDL (this lazyfoo tutorial is a good example of what I am looking for http://lazyfoo.net/SDL_tutorials/lesson06/index.php), but I am new to XNA and despit...
