Re: Dead Island Trailer, Wow
Well, the trailer looks cool, but honestly, who needs another zombie-egoshooter? Unless they have THAT innovative thing that others haven't, I wont buy it. (already have played L4D) I officially hate the game. No way that was gameplay footage. WE WANT TO SEE WHAT WE'RE BUYING! NOT SOME ANIMATION AT ...

Re: Sprite fucking up
Well, there is no obvious error atleast.
Maybe make an debug-output before the Sprites-loading-loop and inside, so you'll see if it gets actually called + with what argument?

Re: Best way of organizing development?
I'm currently using GoogleDocs and Mercurial (BitBucket to be exact) for most of the team-management. GoogleDocs is just a great way to share concepts, discuss them and edit them at the same time. BitBucket gives you a Mercurial rep with unlimited space for free, a wiki and a issue-tracker, so this ...

Re: Keeping teams motivated
I'm always trying to show my team somekind of progress - it doesn't matter if its a video, a post in a " What are you working on? " thread or something like that. Most of the time the other team-members will get motivated and start doing stuff theirselves. Until now, this worked pretty goo...
