Re: Good Game Engines
Well like the other guys said this isn't the ideal community to be asking these type of questions, but I do have a couple of recommendations none the less. The first is that you look into modding which is pretty much using a current engine and creating levels for it for example there is the source e...

Re: Finally SONIC 4!
No way, I've seen comparison videos between it and the old sonic games, the physics is no where near like the original. I do agree with the guy in the video to a degree, the physics in the new game are kind of annoying, but he also seemed quite set from the beginning to shit on the game, but what I...

@WSPSNIPER
Just look at other larger sites in the direction you want your site to be like
@SteveDeFacto
my mate created a automated program which goes on 4chan and downloads the images, then reuploads them to his site.

Re: Falco what do you think of my website?
@SteveDeFacto I would have to agree with aamesxdavid, that in order to build a site you should have have a focus even if it is just for learning purposes. you should look at a current site, see the problems with it and make it your job to make it better. for example there was a brilliant wallpaper s...

Re: F***ing C#, F***ing Microsoft
I have to agree Microsoft's documentation isn't the most accessible thing ever made, but once you know what your doing it is pretty useful for XNA the documentation they supply is second to none if you look at the help documentation built into visual studio for XNA development instead of the online ...

Re: New(ish) To game programming, Were to go next?
As Van-B mentions it really doesn't matter as which programming language and graphics API you use as there is a great deal more to worry about as greatly documented in this post on stackoverflow. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19642/suggested-gaming-platform-to-learn-direct-x-c-open-gl-or-xna I ...

Re: Just a question
LoL yeah I meant programming them, I thought I would ask since console emulation and games development use similar tools (graphics api's) and programming languages. hmmm a graph calculator emulator sounds really interesting actually, although I wouldn't have a clue where to start with something like...

Just a question
Uhhh for a project work I created a Chip8 emulator using C++ as the programming language and SDL for the input and graphics API. I was just wondering if anyone else on here has ever done any console emulation work and if so what did you use to make it ?
