Re: Head Tracking VR Just Seems Off...

Tweaking it to look right will be hard if you don't quite know what right is. Do you already have in mind what you are trying to accomplish, and how the current version doesn't match up with it? If you can answer that, then figuring out what is wrong will be a lot easier. I am trying to make the ob...

Re: Head Tracking VR Just Seems Off...

Maybe it looks weird because you were only strafing while keeping your eye on a fixed point? And it looked like it was only rotating about 2 axis? That's possible, also your observation is correct, I move the camera up and down rather than rotating it. I tried rotating it but it seemed to move almo...

I will have a video up in a bit (I need to charge my camera), is something wrong with the executable?

Head Tracking VR Just Seems Off...

Hello everyone! I am attempting to duplicate the effect seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jd3-eiid-Uw . I have made a small prototype which I compared to the i3D app: http://iihm.imag.fr/francone/i3D/ . They looked like they were doing the same thing, however mine just does not look right, a...

Well it is finally done (I have a lot of you to thank for that) and I have been releasing tutorials about it, however I have no idea if they are any good. I was wondering of a few people would not...

Hp Pavillion dv6000 Hebby Jeebies

Good day, I have an old hp pavilion dv6000 with a jiggly display almost as though it has the hebby jeebies  (hence the topic name). I craked open the laptop this weekend and could not find any problem (tried moving cords around, ect) I can not seem to find a duplicate of this problem, the state...

Re: HOW MANY Programming Languages have YOU learned?

It is true I know all these languages and I do not have a lot of experience with all of them. I guess our definition of "know" differs. If you have 40 minutes experience with a programming language, in my opinion you do not know the language, rather you know of the language. Oooooooh now ...
