Re: The ultimate gaming mouse.
http://benheck.com/03-16-2008/new-single-handed-controller < Is the only thing that I know that closely resembles that. Otherwise, I stick with my trackball as my weapon of choice. Not quite what I was thinking, I want a normal mouse with a joystick kinda like that on the side. Or what would be bet...

Re: Why can't I buy and download WotLK online?
Not that I'm encouraging WoW playing, but honestly, are we living in a society where people complain because they have to exert effort to go to the store? C'mon now, it's just a little jaunt, a little busride, an hour or two tops, and you're done. If you wanted it badly enough, you'd have gone and ...

Re: Resident Evil 4 (Wii)
I'm not sure but I think I played it, is it a rail shooter? If it's the one I'm thinking of, I hated it... I personally don't like the wii, I find the graphics to be ridiculously bad and the controls are harder to use and less flexible then a simple mouse but that's probably because my brain is wire...

The ultimate gaming mouse.
OK so I've had this idea for a mouse with a small joystick where your thumb is so you can move your character around without need of the keyboard but I can't seem to find one like that. Anyone seen something like this? I thought of it because I'm a hardcore PC gamer and I find the mouse to be a supe...

Why can't I buy and download WotLK online?
Well I can't see why Blizzard would not offer it online, do they make more money for only offering it in the stores? I was going to get it but now since I don't have a car and it's a pain to take the bus to the store, I'm probably just not going to get it and stop playing, I already was only playing...

Re: so my dad is pretty funny.
Damn, I remember the funniest joke my dad ever told me: It was Christmas Eve and he and I were building a swing set for my nephew in the middle of the night. He's holding up the beam while I'm very unsuccessfully trying to find the hole where the screw should go. My dad, very calmy, leaned over and...

Why do people use wrappers for lua when it's already so simple?

Re: How best to manage video game resources.
i would keep it open, so people could edit it. but have you ever thought of writing it to a binary file. like if you make a class/structure that has the model data texture, animations whatever. you can make C/C++ write the entire class to a binary file. then when you load the model, you dont load e...

How best to manage video game resources.
Well I have been using my own format that contains all of the data needed for a 3D model but I don't like the feel to this method. I have to create a flat panel for 2D objects and texture them. I want to have a separate interface for images so I would need to make separate files but I don't just wan...

Re: How can I learn math online?
they are jsut variables. X, Y, a b c all the same. 4X + 4 = 10 is the smae equation as 4Z + 4 = 10 I really don't think your going to be able to teach him this. Math isn't just something you can ask questions about on a forum, get answers, and get good at. You can ask questions about the parts you ...

Re: How can I learn math online?
5X is same as 5*X well very few people know how sin cos and tan works. (its a sumation of a binomial series from 0 to infinity) but i meant that if i give you a right triangle with 1 side and a angle, could you find the other angle and other 2 sides? like do you know that if you add the angles of a...
