-i've been trying for hours to get the code to work by writing my objects in binary files but it just won't work so i decided i'm just going to print them out in text files normally tomarrow.

Wow, 2 hours a week is almost no time at all. i spend about 20-40 hours a week either studying computer books or doing some form of programming. Give or take a few hours because of school and work.

how did you get rid of the flicker i would love to know, in my text based game mine flickers like hell and i havn't figured out how to get rid of it.

Wow that commercial was pure crap, I am turned off when it comes to windows 7 now. They should never take the Tupperware approach in my opinion.

If its something that constantly get's in the way and i can't figure it out. I end up bouncing ideas off of other people. like asking my brother for help for some reason helps me figure out what the problem is lol. (my brother doesn't know anything about computers or programming).
