Re: Post every time you beat a game.
Just beat the remake of the original Resident Evil on the Gamecube... absolutely fantastic remake. The graphics were absolutely amazing. Since it was all prerendered, they could blow all of their processing on lighting... the lighting looked even better than RE4! I will definitely have to try Resid...

Re: How did you stumble across the Elysian Shadows Project?
Yeah, I know I was messing around on Youtube looking for dev tutorials on game development and stumbled across one of the chapters, though I don't remember which. I do remember losing quite a bit of productivity though as I got caught up.

Re: My first Dreamcast
Haha, that's awesome. I opted to buy a Super Nintento first, as I've never owned one and really wanted to play Secret of Mana and Chrono Trigger first-hand. I lost all the consoles I had as a kid so at some point I will be purchasing an NES and a Sega Genesis. I didn't grow up with the pseudo 3D gr...

Re: Interview with GE
Yeah, I'm doing .NET development, so it's not exactly what I want. But I very much enjoy going to work every day, and have no problem staying where I am until I find something more closely related to my dream job. which is?? Why moving to Alabama and being a full-time ES web developer of course! Ok...

Re: Networking Project
It appears to be very cool... it's good to work on this type of skillset, I think it's not a common enough practice amongst most of us game devvers, despite the fact that multiplayer components are so in demand in game devving. This of course can be used in and out of game development too.... good w...

Re: Simple Level/Map Sharing?
My first question would be, would Apple even allow that? Not sure how they look at apps that transfers data from a sever other than the app market. I have no technical insight to that, but it's a note of consideration. Jarrod and I created an iPhone App over the holidays and we do some simple php s...
