There are two things to do when you feel sad:

1) Listen to AFI until you feel youself sinking into the subliminal depths of sorrow and cry yourself to sleep.

2) Listen to the Sonic Adventure soundtrack and hear about little children dieing. Then, go out and kick some huge monster's ass for trying to take over the world.
