No, he hasn't banned him. I threatened him, but didn't ban him. *checks admin panel*
I don't see him as being banned, unless he's IP banned, and I'm not seeing where to check a users' IP address.

No I thought these forums were pretty damn gay and dull and boring. Oh and did I mention this place was gay?
