The only thing I have to say is I really don't trust some kid going "OMG MY DAD TOLDS ME WE HAVE TEH MOST POWERFUL BOMB IN TEH W0RLD!!!11!" because...for one...something like that wouldn't even get out of the DEPARTMENT, much less into the general governmental populace, and then to some kid. They have NDAs for a reason.

Well, what if they wanted to get it out. Maybe they wanted to get countries like China on edge.... be buddy buddy now. Maybe some higher ranking fool wanted to sound cool and important so he started a rumor. Maybe not. Maybe no one knows and if they did.... what the crap would it even matter?
