And it's not Bush making laws. President can't make laws.

The president is PREVENTING congress from MAKING laws to prevent this bullcrap. He even said he'd veto anything they tried to pass.

Not only that, but if he "didn't know about this" then maybe he should quit spying on his own damned people and get his ass in gear.

Bush is even a fuckup to his own party now.

Not overblown, and presidents do have a big part in making laws. As well as being able to encourage bills to be introduced to congress, they have of course the veto privilege.
