Lol.

Nice keyboard Lusikka! Weighted keys ftw. Haha mine's a Casio CTK-710.. it doesn't even record music without plugging in the USB cable :(. Not that I'm very good at making up music, but you know. It's fun to play around with when I get bored.

Of course, now I have that in my lunchbox still. Woo.
He's never been very receptive to little things or romantic stuff in general. Never really got around to playing or writing music for him. ;P
well if someone does not appreciate little things they in my opinion wont make good life partners. especially if you like that kinda stuff..
So, you have videogames, play them, program them, do art for them, make plushies, make people lunches, make songs for them... I'm sorry, I'm having a hard time finding any faults with that.... Why aren't there more COOL girls in this world? Why?

I blame public school.

Well, sorta. I blame girls influencing other girls to care about shopping and hate their boyfriends playing video games. ;P
Besides my little sister, I've never met another girl who plays "real" games like we do. (aka not just Animal Crossing and Bejeweled and The Sims, but actual hardcore games and a wider variety)
Consequently, I have no female friends.
Actually, I have like no "IRL" friends right now, aside from my ex.
I really shouldn't have invested all my socializing-at-school time in just one guy (not my ex, but a diff guy I like/d).

Anyways. Once I have a bit more free time I'll try writing some songs for the sake of writing 'em, and post them as public domain on my website. Currently all my public domain music is written with mario paint or musagi and are really awful. x_x

 I'm new to this area, and all my friends live 100 miles away. That was three or four years ago. We still stay in touch, but other than that, I'm too busy with work to make any new friends. So it's pretty lonely IRL. I just stay in touch with my old friends through AIM or phone calls. So I understand how you feel. All my current friends are 30+ years old, and not interested in video games, anime, or deving. More like work acquaintances. Meeting people around here is hard, anyway because I'm a country boy smack dab in the middle of nowhere.

But once in awhile I make a trip to see my friends, but it's just awkward, many of them have just moved on. Only one of them really hasn't changed and that's the dude that's been my bro since Kindergarten!

But it's not a big deal, I was planning on moving back this summer, perhaps. We'll just have to see what I can do financially when the time comes. 8-)

My social life consists of:

males: communicating only in class and only because it is school related
females: communicating only because I am sexually attracted and/or want sex

Social lives are definitely overrated.

There are two types of programmers.

One: Has difficulty finding time to code around social life.
Two: Has difficulty finding time for social life around coding.

I don't know if I'd say those are two separate types. For me they seem to be two separate phases I go through depending on my situation.

I'd be more social if I had more time. I had more time at one point and met my ex. Now she's crazy and calls me, IMs me, e-mails me, and won't leave me alone :| See how great social life is?

Don't you mean there are 10 kinds of programmers?

Those who understand binary, and those who do not.
