Is there a way to get free webpage urls?

I went to this webpage and no one owns it gihdogifngoidhgodhfg.com. Since no one owns can i use it for free?

If you have your own server built you can have a webspace for free, and a dyndns for free, but I'm pretty sure you have to pay for any name hosting because of it's nature. I don't really know much more than that, or how web hosting companies procure domain names.

People have trouble remembering Moosader.com, for some reason. You'd have to have a pretty sweet site for someone to memorize that spelling.

You have to register the domain somewhere so that the internet traffic compys can route hits on that domain to your server. And that costs money (not much). Free would be hosting it off some IP address and then having your users type like http://123.456.78.90 in the address bar.

There are free domains from places like dyndns.org where they offer certain subdomains (so limited choices == free, unlimited choices == $.)
I realized the moment I fell into the fissure that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned.
