where i grew up.

Random irrelevance that just didn't fit into other forums. Talk about anything.

Fucking Christ...I had no idea what state SA was in...

Though honestly I'm not sure of how accurate the videos I just watched are...

Did you really grow up there? Did you experience anarchy shit like that?

yeah, those videos are pretty accurate. i grew up not far from there.

although to be honest it was a cushy neighborhood. that being said i have been mugged,
house has been broken into dozens of times. and i have been fortunate, but friends have been car jacked.
our house in SA has 10 foot walls with electric fencing. more like a security compound.

im actually going to visit the 18th of this month. so Thursday.

its not so much anarchy, but you sure do grow up knowing how to use your fists.

its changed now a bit, i remember my dad was a bad ass. we were driving, and a guy kick our car when we were at a traffic light. my dad got out and the guy tried to kick him, my dad gave him one punch and the guy was laying in the gutter completely passed out, and all his friends ran away. lolz.

That's pretty hard core...I'd die if I lived their...I'll admit it, I'm more or less a wimp/pussy/w/e the fuck you wanna call it. Biggest fight I ever got into was when someone hit me across the face (no apparent reason) I stiff armed the guy in the neck so hard he landed on his ass. That was like 3-4 years ago, and haven't gotten into anything near a fight since xD

I used to get in fights a couple times a year in the neighborhood I grew up in (we're talking elementary school). Not always my fault ;)
I realized the moment I fell into the fissure that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned.
