More people should play

Post by MarauderIIC »

Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. I haven't played the other 3? 2? But any game that lets you make your own vehicles (as opposed to cars) and then race them or blow stuff up with them or totally cheat with them* or blow up your buddies' vehicles has good replay value in my book.

Multiplayer is like Mario Kart++. Want to race? Sure! Let me just attach this cannon to my car and I'm ready to go...
Want to battle? To heck with throwing bombs at each other, like in MK. Let me build this plane and bomb your car from the air instead.

*For instance, one single player challenge I played was a boat race. So I built a plane and put a jet engine on it and flew close enough to the water to hit the checkpoints.

Reason: more!
I realized the moment I fell into the fissure that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned.

I'm still a little upset that Rare's "big release" was rumored to be Killer Instinct 3, but ended up being Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts.

But, I suppose it does deserve a fair chance. ;)

My impression of the demo was:

HOLY CRAP, I DON'T HAVE AN HDTV, I'M STILL USING A CATHODE RAY TUBE TV, I CAN'T READ THAT DAMN TEXT.

Lots of games nowadays are like that, I don't like it either :/

I was the same way, and then a friend of mine yelled at me for not being able to understand what's going on
