I am now a Genesis owner!!!

I just bought my first ever Sega Genesis. It is the 2nd version of the genesis. I paid 20 dollars for the console, 2 controller, Sonic 1, and the 32x. Great deal! They had games for 2 bucks a piece. So, I bought Sonic 2 and 3. Sweet. I will probably buy the others tomorrow. Go megadrive.

Sweet, the 32X never got any love, but it had some great games. I'd recommend picking up Virtua Racing Deluxe, Virtua Fighter, Knuckles Chaotix, and Mortal Kombat 2. MK2 for 32X was a DAMN good arcade port - a thousand times better than the Genesis version.

Good call, I had forgotten about NBA Jam. Did you get it for Genesis or 32X?

EDIT: Is one of the boxing games Buster Douglas for the Genesis? That was a badass game! Its no match for Mike Tyson's Punch-Out, but what is!?

NBA jam is for the genesis. I can't use the 32x yet anyways, no cables. And no, neither of the boxing games are that. They are like heavyweight champs or something like that.
