Some Basic Dream Cast Questions

Is it possible to just use CD's to test projects on dreamcast, and if so how? Sorry for the noob question. I am running a linux system btw.

Sure. Just use the selfboot inducer. I forgot the actual process, but you can google it. Or better yet, write your CDs as multisession discs so that you can keep adding when you make new builds.

Then use a bootdisc and boot the latest build.
