Impressive... O.o
oh wow...
I have found about this website where it has a "guessing-type program", which basically matches your answers with a complex database of information which is constantly increasing and shows you whatever you are thinking of!!
Of course it is not perfect but works pretty well.... the most amazing guess that I saw was from my friend that thought in "Mr. Wilson" from the Cast Away movie, and it got RIGHT .... the "Akinator", as it is called, guessed about a volleyball lol ...
Well just thought that it was interesting and wanted to share with you guys!
Here is the website:
http://www.akinator.com
P.S.: I guess it was developed on Israel ...

Heh, he guessed it right when I thought of him but not when I thought of the random lady on the IQ advertisement to his right. Also, it didn't seem to work in firefox? Which was a shame because IE let a popup through.
I realized the moment I fell into the fissure that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned.

It ran for me in Firefox. It got Zoey from L4D and Hermann Goring(almost certain it would screw up and go Adolf) but hay you can't win em all.

It runs on firefox for me... I am using firefox 3!!
It works pretty well, of course it loses sometimes but there are some guesses that are pretty impressive... and he does the right questions sometimes... when I was thinking on the Woodpecker (from teh cartoon) after some questions he started
- Is the character a bird?
- Does the character have red hair?
- Is it known because of a funny laugh?
Try tricking him... like, I tried answering "I dont know" for everything and he guessed: "The one that nobody knows about"
xD

And it guessed stifler when I was thinking of the sherminator, not bad at all.
EDIT: i'm addicted!
Also, I use google chrome and it works fine for me

Re: Impressive... O.o
It got Spongebob, Meg Griffin, Wall-E, my cat, Edit: and Tom Nook (Animal Crossing) but it missed Dale Gribble (King of the Hill), Leshawna (Total Drama Island), and Barbara-Jean (Booker-)Hart (Reba)
Also it's working in my firefox now. I guess that maybe the server was just under heavy load last time.
Edit2: Hit 'details' it's kinda interesting.
