I think as a person, one should not be judged by the way one looks or where one comes from.
However, I totally agree with Arce in this case. This bitch deserves to die. Why? In fact, I judge based on actions, and clearly this chick acted in a way that was irresponsible, and stupid.
Strike 1) Not having all the guys wear condoms. Thus potentially hurting herself.
Strike 2) Cutting herself; hurting herself directly.
Strike 3) Hurting others (her family/mom).
Thus, I reserve the right to judge this idiot rightfully, and harshy, for her actions.
