Dream-Build-Play 2009 Challange

Post by Spikey »

"The 2009 Microsoft® XNA Dream-Build-Play Challange is your chance to build a team - or go it alone - to build a groundbreaking game for Xbox 360® using XNA Game Studio 3.0 and XNA Game Studio 3.1.**

Developers all over the world are going for it, vying for their share cash prizes totaling $75,000 USD, the potential for an Xbox LIVE Arcade Publishing Contract, and the potential to submit their games to Xbox LIVE® Community Games."

Something like that would be interesting to take part in. It's not something I'm prepared to do or have the time for though.

Thats not stopping you from learning! You should trying going through some tutorials and try making a small game from scratch afterwards.

I'm not saying it is. I'm doing some C# and XNA at the moment but I'll never get anything worthy of entering until I've learnt enough

You dont need to at the moment. Just make some games on Windows and hone your programming skills. ;)
