Do you know anything about how they do this? I'm currently trying to get my Dreamcast development through Visual Studio, so that I can have one IDE for both the PC and DC version of ES.

The thing is that Visual Studio uses its own Microsoft compiler, rather than GCC. Do you know anything about how they integrated this into VS?

Try looking under "custom build options", I'm not sure.
I realized the moment I fell into the fissure that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned.
