Palin to resign as Alaska governor
Well, Palin can't even finish her first term apparently. And it sounds like she is out of politics for good, so no 2012 Presidential Campaign. Personally, I believe Alaska is better off now.

A whole lot of conservatives would vote for her. Believe it or not she is extremely popular.MadPumpkin wrote:i hope she does... because then i can make fun of her when no one votes for herNetwatcher wrote:She might still run for presidency.(You can never know)

*hurls* I am still wondering why she'd just quit if she is so popular among the conservative vote. That is something that I think is very puzzling.trufun202 wrote:I'd still hit it.GyroVorbis wrote:The WORLD is better off now.Kcirtap1990 wrote:Palin to resign as Alaska governor

Re: Palin Throwing in the Towel
One theory that I heard that seems pretty likely is that she quit because she was so popular. Basically, she has been getting sued to hell and because of Alaskan law it has to be paid out of her own pocket. If she quits, and then starts touring and giving speeches and what not, she could pull in $1mil in a year.Marx Chaotix wrote: *hurls* I am still wondering why she'd just quit if she is so popular among the conservative vote.
