XNA development won't make you rich, but it's still pretty cool to have something released to the masses.

It's definitely slowed down. I usually get a few trial downloads and 1 or 2 purchases a day. But hey, that's cool with me.RyanPridgeon wrote:Wow thats a nifty sum!
Is it continuing to sell that well?

EDIT: I forgot to mention, as of October 22nd, all XNA games currently priced at 200 points will be reduced to 80 points ($1.00) - this includes Poop N' Scoop!

So, of course, I'm resubmitting Bop N' Pop (in English) for review in those countries. I'm also releasing the game in Italy (thanks to aamesxdavid!) and Spain with localized content.
It was hard enough getting the game released in the US, UK, and Canada - who knows how long this review process will take. :P

Let's make Bop N' Pop a global phenomenon!
I realized the moment I fell into the fissure that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned.
Yea realized it then edited my post... BTW I dont own a 360... only PS3... so the crappiest games are still made by companies....Bakkon wrote:Zuma and Luxor 2 are both XBLA games and owned by PopCap. Trufun's just one guy. Not to mention its a Community game, which gets a bad wrap right now, because a majority of it is shovelware.
Congratz, Trufun. Selling as much as you have must truly be a great feeling of accomplishment.
Damn, there are a lot of ignorant and stupid little children on Xbox Live. A 3.0 is a hell of an achievement.trufun202 wrote:So, with the latest Xbox Live update, Microsoft introduced a user-generated rating system for Indie games.
And, ouch...most Indie games are getting 2 out of 5 stars. I see the occasional 3 stars and rarely 4 or above.
Bop N' Pop currently weighs in a 3 stars - I'll take it!
