Looks kinda like moss. :P It's not terrible unless you tile it, but that can be fixed.

It looks like you used a program to render it. It doesn't look bad but like dandymcgee said, it's not going to look good tiled. I'm partial to pixel art so I'm going to recommend you try this tutorial: http://gas13.ru/v3/tutorials/sywtbapa_a ... s_tile.php
side note: 100x100 is an odd size to be working with. Although it's not necessary, I'd make your image dimensions powers of two. (i.e. 2,4,8,16,32,64,128...etc)
