Hey guys,
First off, I'm sorry if this is a double post :D

Anyways, I just wanted to let everyone know that there is a way to use C++ on the iPhone and iPod Touch, it's called the Dragon Fire SDK.

haha, that's great. Hopefully the ES dev team will be able to port ES to iPod Touch. Sadly, it's $50, but I think it's worth it :DD

Never mind that, I'm not paying... my life is meaningless once more (don't cry eat, be a man)... but if the ES team is up for it that would be epic! probably wont' though, never know I guess...

Think there's anything left in the camera fund?
Edit:
I'm probably not going to get it. I'm too broke. :(
I'll write a signature once I get some creativity and inspiration...

Maybe but there isn't a big chance, they had to pay for pixel-con somehow(for their display and such also)? Or they used money out of pocket because there was no fund left but I'm sure people over donated :)

Don't tempt Falco! He has enough work to deal with already

In all seriousness though, I would definitely like to see a well executed RPG on the ipod touch.

There are some - have you checked out Zenonia, SEED and Hybrid? I love them, all of them seem to be Japanese developed, but non of them are turn-based though.

Edit: YAY, Final Fantasy 1 and 2 have been released for the iPhone/iPod touch, add them to the list of RPG's.

Hey guys,
I found a page that allows you to download an early beta of the DragonFireSDK for free:
http://ihackmyi.com/iphone/index.php?topic=4641.0

I hope someone can test it out and see if it's worth buying/donating:DD

EdiT:I found out from this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjdJR_-ftns, that the only Objective-C you need to know is interfacing with the iPod/iPhone's hardware.
