I just took a look at pspGL, http://www.goop.org/psp/gl/ tbh it looks pretty sweet!
Can anybody tell me if it's any good, is it easier to use, any limitations e.g. slow, etc..?

I'm using it now. It seems pretty fine. I'm pretty sure it's just wrappers to low level stuff.
Though I must admit that I'm not using anything matrix-y with it. We're doing our own matrix transforms.
