BTW, the player flickers when he goes off the screen to the left and top.

Thanks guys . I fixed the problem with the left and top sides.
I wrote the code to make it go diagonal but it detracted from the actual game.

Great Job! Plays really well. Only suggestion I would make is to polish off your movement a bit. It get's a bit sticky when you press more than one arrow at once.
