And it's about fucking time. For some reason, my Saturn is still one of my top three favorite consoles. And it's a pity to be able to say...I haven't even been exposed to the great Saturn titles yet!
Right now, I'm going to simply use a random article (here http://www.racketboy.com/retro/2007/01/ ... y-top.html) and start playing!
Dragon Force made me go, "WHAT!?" and really want to play...And I swear, reading about TEN PLAYER bomberman on Saturn almost had me cumming. I'm definatly going to be getting double multi-taps before I die. ;p
So, for now, I'm going to confine my gaming time to playing through the Saturn classics. For platformers, I'll be doing Astral and Rayman. Multiplayer, Die Hard Arcade, Saturn Bomberman, and Guardian Heroes. FPS, it will be Quake II.
And, for the real Gems of Saturn, I'm looking forward to the RPG's, Panzer Dragoon Saga, the Shining series...God, I can't wait, haha.
Check out the opening for Shining Force 3:

Tell me that doesn't feel like a Zelda game cutscene!
Anyway, I'll post updates as I begin to delve further into my collection. If anybody else here's got a dusty Saturn in the closet, JOIN ME.

This console's got all kinds of underground RPG masterpieces that are rarely known due to the obscurity of the console.
