Dropbox- good or bad?

Random irrelevance that just didn't fit into other forums. Talk about anything.

A couple of my teams used dropbox, for small teams with small projects it works wonders. But I will be doing a bigger project soon, and am setting up a server anyways (mostly for backups and some cheap web design and media streaming) so I will be housing some sort of source control on there, that way I can keep my code there and keep track of changes :D

This topic should be titled "Dropbox -- Fantastic or Amazing?".

SVN and Git are vastly superior for source code management, IMHO, but Dropbox is too good for just keeping soft backups of things and moving small assets around. It is a godsend for teams exchanging files.
