Yo puzzle people

Post by eatcomics »

So I like a good puzzle and I found this: http://www.superliminal.com/cube/cube.htm

Now I see how it should work, how each part moves relative to the next... the only problem is I can't get the faces to twist! I keep reading you just have to click one a move the mouse, but all this does is rotate the entire object. I also tried holding ctrl+clicking and same thing. Now if I right click it makes the faces shift (if you try it you'll know what I mean) but that's no good if I can't move faces. So if anyone can figure out the controls of this thing I'd love to know :D

Edit: Hm I downloaded a different version that said it was for linux: http://linux.softpedia.com/dyn-postdown ... 31&t=0&i=1 and it works fine

You just click on the blocks. The middle ones cause rotation.

I prefer Rubik's Cube personally, much easier when it's in your hand. :)

Only problem is rubiks cube isn't a challenge anymore :P I've gotten 3 turns down (I actually just figured it out now :P)

So I'm now moving onto 4 twists!

Sure it is, how fast can you solve one? My best is 45 seconds.

This puzzle is rather obnoxious.
Some person, "I have a black belt in karate"
Dad, "Yea well I have a fan belt in street fighting"

Slightly irritating? Coming from a guy who could do the 3x3 up to the 5x5 at one point, I think I'm qualified to say that it's FUCKING RIDICULOUS
Quit procrastinating and make something awesome.
