My Christmas break is over... and still no vid! I feel cheated! I am preparing my lawyers for action, we shall storm walmart and demand that I get a free package of skittles! That way when you guys finally get this new episode out I have some skittles to eat whilst I watch.

My Elysian Shadows Group Facebook Post wrote:Unfortunately the video has officially been slightly delayed. I got sick as hell from Christmas Eve until around New Years. While we all continued our development (and got a ton of awesome shit done), we couldn't actually do any filming (since I didn't think anybody would want to see my dying ass). Looking forward to getting back to directing, but I thought I owed the fans an explanation. KEEP ON DEVVING!
My Facebook Status wrote:Falco Girgis is staying up all night drinking coffee and coding... if the first day of school isn't canceled tomorrow, I'm skipping. Bullshit.
My Private Development Post wrote:Sooooo... today was supposed to be our first day back at school... but we're having the biggest snowstorm in my lifetime in Alabama... so school is most likely canceled the majority of the week!
Time to KICK. FUCKING. ASS!

Re: ETA on ch. 18
This may be too late but i'd like to see how how Falco has his engine projects set up for moving from mac to windows. Does he have 2 projects then just add in the new classes any time the proj changes or is there a simpler, more elegant solution?

I do believe that's the magic of LibGyro - consolidating and abstracting platform-specific methods into a single library such that the engine remains platform agnostic.MrDeathNote wrote:This may be too late but i'd like to see how how Falco has his engine projects set up for moving from mac to windows. Re: ETA on ch. 18
Yea, i get the platform independant nature of libGyro. I probably didn't present my thought's clearly at all. What I meant was, does he have a separate project for xcode and visual studio etc? When he adds a class does he just add the class to both projects or is there a way to have the projects consolidated? So instead of having multiple versions of each class in separate projects just use one. Reading my last post back it's easy to see how you could misinterpret ittrufun202 wrote:I do believe that's the magic of LibGyro - consolidating and abstracting platform-specific methods into a single library such that the engine remains platform agnostic.MrDeathNote wrote:This may be too late but i'd like to see how how Falco has his engine projects set up for moving from mac to windows. I'm assuming an SVN-esque setup, where when changes are made he sees them on all his PCs as well as the team's PCs
