It's called a Kitana. It's the official Devkit of the Sega DC. You'd be surprised how many people in the DC scene actually have one. Sadly, the few people that do have one have either left or have no clue how to use it to our advantage.
You see them selling on ebay quite frequently. It's not that unrealistic to get (rarity wise, you'd better have crap loads of money). But yeah, I drool in my sleep to having one of those. Even if I couldn't do anything neat with it, I'd put it on a pedestool in my room and rub it with a cloth...
