Wow... Past 6 days have been a complete waste... I've been writing a tool JUST like this. It's a little bit different I suppose because it also allows you to do this with 3D textures. But it's really not much different than mine... I might still complete it since mines not a stand alone program but an addon to my 2D skeletal animation tool... but I'm not sure.
