NES around 1995. Also had an Atari 2600 at my grandparents' house. My older brother let me play his Sega Genesis occasionally. After that PlayStation 1, GameBoy Advance SP, then PlayStation 2. Those are the only consoles I've ever owned.

Re: you first video game console?
I had officially owned my first console, a NES, probably around 1990, but I was playing it before then at my cousin's house. I always managed to own the consoles near the end of their lives until the PS2(Got that almost right away before any good games came out).
Dear god, they actually ported ES to a piece of celery!MarauderIIC wrote:You know those people that are like "CHECK IT OUT I just made Linux run on this piece of celery [or other random object]!!"? Yeah, that's Falco, but with ES.

Comandore 64. Short after I got an NES.
Played some shitty games on the Comandore that I actually enjoyed,
and played some NES games that gave me lots of orgasms.

Gameboy Color in like 2000 (great times), then moved up to an GBA SP (2003), and then bought a Wii in like 2007.
That's it, I prefer PC games to console games. Thinking of getting the next gen PSP but not sure yet.

Re: you first video game console?
Started with a gameboy SP in like 2002, then a gamecube from my parents after like years of begging... then bought my own DS Lite. Played the shit out of all 3, then sold the DS for an Xbox 360. I feel as if I don't complete games as much as I used to, though I'm a sucker for the special effects of modern consoles.
Lately though, I've been playing stuff like WoW, SC2, and the recently released GTA trilogy for Mac.

Re: you first video game console?
If you count handhelds, the first console I ever played was my older brother's original big grey brick gameboy. The first I ever owned was a gameboy advance, and my first console was a Gamecube. I played that gamecube night and day back in like 2003...
If only I could be so grossly incandescent

The first I ever personally owned was also a big brick grey gameboy. (good times) and I played Gyro's and Arce's NES and SNES for a while. Eventually, I got my own N64 and PS1.

Re: you first video game console?
My first console was the Sega Genesis, I had about like 5 games for it. I was very young, I don't really remember how old I was to be honest.
I had Sonic Pinball, Jurassic Park, World of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck and some other games as well, but I can't remember.
