bitcasa - file storage

Random irrelevance that just didn't fit into other forums. Talk about anything.

Bitcasa - Infinite Storage on Your Desktop

http://www.bitcasa.com/beta-signup?share=900081893

Not 100% sure what this is but im intrigued. maybe like dropbox ?

anyway, this link will sign you up for beta, the more people who click it the faster you get your beta invite.

if its anything like dropbox, but with more storage (infinite) then that would be awesome :)

Im not sure how they plan to make money off this, but there must be some catch.

In order to qualify, you must refer someone else to sign up (via link or social media)
Once you refer someone, you will be eligible for a daily drawing. We will select two winners of free infinite storage per day
The more people you refer, the higher your chances of winning. For example, if you refer 50 people that sign up for our beta, your name will be entered 50 times
The contest will run from September 12th to October 31.

Infinite storage - Store as much as you want (free for now, $10/month after beta).
Too good to be true. However, the contest may be worth an attempt.
