I saw this posted on Facebook today:
It seems to reference a random person's profile name somehow. I'm wondering if anyone knows why this special string is being replaced with someone's name? Also, if you type [[profilename]] or [[profileid]] into a Facebook chat window it replaces it with that person's profile picture as an emoticon. Somehow square brackets are being parsed as some sort of special character in facebook posts and chats. I'm intrigued..
I've tried researching, but haven't found much as to why these things work. Let me know if you know where to find more information.
Anyone familiar with Facebook API / internals?
