Things to do!
Spin rectangle around player, origin at arm-pit
Make the rectangle controllable via analog
Create movement limitations such as how high to lift saw
Create a general enemy class
produce an enemy on the map
Create collision detection on the saw with the enemy
Create suppa koo blood engine!
Test the blood on the saw and enemy
I know this is easy to just remember in your head, but this has an advantage. See normally I think of like 5 different things that need to be done at once. This makes me depressed as I feel bloated with work. But with the checklist above, I can concentrate on one and only one thing at once. And it will make me happy to be able to "check" each one of those mugs off when I beat them.

Integrate Tile Wizard with Level Editor so that you can use custom tilesets.
Work on Saving levels.
Work on Loading levels.
Add advanced options like "next level" and "background music."

In case I worried you Gyrovorbis, the Bombaman editor is top priority above that list. Besides, I don't even have my DC devv'en equipment set up cause my parents are selling some antique crap to these old greasy guys. So I have to wait for them to move the anitquities from the room before I can set up camp.
