The truth, JSL, I can sense Dreamcast is working its way up on your "favorite console" rankings. Where does it stand now? Not long now, not long at all and it'll be #1. I promise.JS Lemming wrote:How many of these polls are we gonna have? Search the forum xB_forlife, there's a hundred of these favorite system polls.

Well, it's been number 2 to me for a long time, but it's starting to nudge itself into the number 1 spot. Only because of its development goodness though, I own no real commercial games for it.GyroVorbis wrote:The truth, JSL, I can sense Dreamcast is working its way up on your "favorite console" rankings. But I have a feeling the Game Cube will always be number one (until revo.) simply because of Metroid Prime. I'm useless without my Metroid intake. Yo.

Then you should start playing Dreamcast more often. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :DFredDibnah wrote:As I thought, I'm gonna be the only one voting for Playstation. In fact, probably the only one NOT voting for a Dreamcast. It's definently a good console, I just haven't played much on 'em. Soul Calibur was pretty coo though.

You need to know both. The MIPS assembly is what they had to use to get homebrew stuff workin on there, like a version of SNES9x.GyroVorbis wrote:For the PSP? Nah man, that shouldn't be necessary. I at least wouldn't think you'd need to know a language that low-level for hardware as powerful as the PSP. I think C/++ would work fine.
