SoaD is great. Except their lyrics can be shit. But as far as rock/numetal goes they're probably the best band out there, and I think their music is awesome. This just gets into opinions though.
Considering they're one of like...3 rock/metal bands I like, I'd say I'm not too well versed in the subject anyways.
