My mother and wife feel the same way. :P
hehe, i mean i think loosing as much weight as you did is a major accomplishment, i have respect for that.
if you like being 160, hey by all means go for it.
160 at 6' you cant be carrying much muscle, so maybe just work out, so some free weights.(nothing above id say 80-100 lbs) you wont notice your build get bigger, but you will add 20 pounds of strong lean muscle easy. and nothing burns calories like muscles.
Yeah, agreed. Step 1 was to lose the weight and get my blood pressure and cholesterol under control. Now that that's done, I'm focusing on weights.

you'd probably be a good wrestler.
Actually, yeah. For your height, that's pretty damn good.
I am fluctuating between like 180 and 185 right now at 5'10".
Im 5'11 177 not as muscular as you though ^____^ I just run on treadmills I dont bother with weights.

I grew up and lived my life as a fat ass as well. When I was about 17, I made friends with the gym and decided that I would like to lose my virginity some day. I've been lifting weights fairly consistently since then.
In a way, it's almost good for you. Every huge guy with a nice body at the gym was either really fat or really skinny at some point. It gives you the motivation to go the extra mile when you work out versus the people who have always been just "fairly in shape" throughout their lives.
I work out 4 times a week because I can remember being fat, and I know how much better things have been for me (especially as far as women are concerned) since I have been in shape.

I was a major fat ass back in the day. Weighed 235 the beginning of senior year in high school. I randomly grew a brain and decided to eat healthy and exercise. Now I'm 167 pounds (6'2" btw). Which sounds skinny but I'm not. The only thing I'm annoyed with is that my arms are not very muscular compared to rest of my body even though I've lifted weights regularly for the past two years. I still haven't figured that out.

167 for 6'2'' is skinny :/
you say you lift weights. like bench or curls or what. and how much.
you are not gonna build bulk unless you bench 180+ or curl 35 and 70-80 for both arms together.
