you can use the win32 api if you arent making the editor/engine cross platform, although dealing with the code can give you some bad headaches sometimes

Use microsoft visual c# or c++ (not sure if you can make guis in visual C++ havent tried yet but you definetly can in visual c#) its very easy and they are both free.

well thats all well and good but i'm lookin how to build GUI's with blitzplus.... which by the way i've already figured out.. but thx anyway

Next time, put that you want to learn how in a certain language, not "with blitz basic or any language"
