Yes well, for people like me with only a 300w PSU and no 6-pin from power supply, the 220 is fantastic. I'm not about to remove my motherboard just to upgrade my PSU.

yes, xp 32 bit has this issue(and some others). but there are many 32 bit MS os' that do not suffer from this, some of them can handle 128GB at 32 bit, and the 64 bit versions 2TB.
i think even as early as 2000 AS could support 8 GB at 32 bit, and 2000 DC at 32 GB.
