Okay then, but this doesn't leave RoU because we could get into even worse trouble.

It was the last day of school. Everybody was downloading + installing games like mad for the end of the school lans and parties (during class). It's not like we had much else to do.

So Dj Yoshi brought several games. He gave me a copy of Serious Sam. I installed it and played it. It's a first person shooter and all, really fun. So anyway, this was like the first time that I had ever installed a game (normally just do flash games because I'm lazy). It just so happened that on that particular day, the admins decided that they'd crash down on everybody with their iron fists of fury.

Me, being a smartass, didn't bother to remove it or delete it because I figured "What the hell, it's the last (full) day of school."

So anyway, farther down the line, I get called to the principal's office. He shits his pants and tells me that I had something installed on my computer. I didn't even try to deny or hide it, I just told him that I did.

Then he mentioned something about an "admin pwnt.txt." I didn't know what in the hell he was talking about, and he acted like it was really serious. So he, I, and the techie fugly ass mother fucker whore walked down to my computer.

So in the end, they were shitting their pants over a blank text file called "admin pwnt.txt."

They started getting all paranoid and saying stuff like "WHAT USED TO BE IN THIS FILE!?" "WHY WHOULD YOU MAKE SUCH A FILE IF YOU DIDN'T PLAN TO USE IT?!"

Anyway, I ended up having to explain to the paranoid bastards that a blank text file wasn't going to get up and rape them in their sleep. He basically told me that I was a very bad person and that installing a game and making a blank text file was evil. So he gave me in school suspension the first 3 days of the next school year.

Dj Yoshi's story is alot sadder. I was smiling and laughing throughout my whole ordeal (our staff's stupidity is pretty hilarious). I'd really rather Dj Yoshi tell you his sad tale than I. Poor poor Dj Yoshi...

I heard about his tale and at first didn't even believe it. OMFG I felt bad for him.

Lucky me, I have my school computer's admin password. As you know, I did a Blitz game as a project once. During that semester time, my teacher (an admin) gave me her password. I've gotten to use it ever since. :D

Marauder, is that SNES game really multiplayer RPG? I don't think I've ever run into a multiplayer RPG. That sounds great.

Oh, and thanks for adding Zelda. I was about to myself.

Anyway people, get to work on beating those games that you have't. Any respectable that doesn't by the summer end will be de-respectabled. And remember, if you want a game removed, post about it and why.

It's not so bad, but it's not cool.

Basically, I get called to the office after lunch, and the vice principal did the same thing here as with gyro. They go through, find all my MP3's, etc, gimme 3 days of out of school next year (dunno if it'll work since I moved), and all, and I get home blah blah not a big deal since I'm moving in like 3 days. However the police came and copied my harddrive or did something while I was gone. So I don't know if I'm going to end up with some lawsuit or not, because I had movies, music, games, and warezed programs all illegally on my computer. Doubtful, but we'll see.

For now, I'm alright though. ;)

What if you don't have the system to beat the game?

A) Tell Showdin and get it removed from the list
B) Get the console
C) Play emulator
D) Get cast out of ROU

Now, as you beat the games, we'll need some kind of proof. (A screenshot, a save file, a witness, a VERY detailed description of game along with fully written review under review topic, etc.)

As for not owning console, I am totally against that. I believe it's unfair, so I ask to rid the list of all:

1) PC games (that require good computers and are hard to obtain/warez)
2) New generation console games
3) Games hard to warez.

Showdin, I await your response and advise you to remove them from the list, maybe with some exceptions.

As for SNES/Genesis/NES goodz, I'll post links to emulator downloads and rom downloads in a while. Good luck, and remember, you will be cast out of ROU in EXACTLY 1 month from now if the whole list is not beaten. Oh, and BTW, today is 6/21/05.

I'm glad you approve. :) Sadly, I don't. :spin:

I cannot force a list of games upon you people. You can play games that you want at whatever pace. So, Showdin and I have decided on a new system. See the topic "l337 Points" for more information.
