I'm still waiting for our new website to do any major changes, though. But that's not major...

Remeber how long it took to get the original engine to the point in chapter 15? It took like a year. Which means that the engine is now near or at that stage. If my thinking is correct, the engine is even past that stage.

Just finished watching ALL the dev videos, I didn't watch the extras like donations and previous projects, but the meats have been devoured, now I'm gonna go watch the rest. Then this weekend, I will watch the new one, and I better see some epic Elysian Shadows battle scenes!

I'm thinking we should get some sort of skype/webcam conference chat thing going a few hours before and take shots all around the house once the clock strikes midnight.

I'm gonna be on at midnight waiting for the vids so you can count on me :})

Another suggestion, if you haven't thought of it already. Upload the videos to YouTube maybe 5 or 6 hours before so it has time to process the HD version. Just set them to private and flip it to public once you're ready to release. It's ganna be a buzz kill if we're all staring at artifacts with illegible text.

yeah, definitely. I want to do it a whole DAY before, just so I can make sure Youtube isn't going to pull it off the air for any audio copyright bullshit.
