Hey rogue72, it's awesome to see someone getting inspired and deciding to go back into it.

Hi everyone,
I guess I am 'new' although I am already 21 years old :P
I currently study International Architecture and Design (
IGAD) at the NHTV, the Netherlands.
I love programming and that is kind of the only thing I do :P maybe I will post some of my school assignments here on this forum.
Looking forward to be a member of this community

Greetings! As you can see I've made this account a while ago but started to post on this forum today. I've watched all the AiGDs ESR videos and those videos have inspired me even more to make my own games. In fact I have a small project of my own currently under development, which you can follow
@twitter or
youtube.

Hey everyone! Jerry here.
I have been keeping up with the AiGD videos and i'd like to say keep it up. Definitely interested in the project and it kinda motivated me to step up my programming a notch. I am new to the site and forums, and I am interested in just throwing code back and forth between programmers. Catch everyone around!
Cheers!

Thanks guys, more or less I once again started to pick up game development. Eventually I ran into AiGD videos which led me here. I should have included a brief description before. I'm heading into my 3rd and last year of programming for College :/ But over my entire summer I have decided to focus on C++. Right now I am currently fiddling around with Allegro.

Hey everyone!
So it's my turn to introduce myself. My name is Chris, I'm from Austria (not Australia!) and I've been programming in C++ for about 5 years now.
The AiGD series on YouTube and the fact that I love computer games motivated me to give game developing a shot. The best part about it is, that game programming is not comparable to application programming, which is what I do for a living. So the next few months, I will be busy learning the basics of game programming. I plan to take small steps and start with some clones of Pong, Tetris and Pacman. This should take some time
.
I really enjoyed watching your videos. Keep up the good work guys!
P.S.: I'm sorry for my English, but my mother tongue is German. I hope this forum will help me to improve my English
.
so long
