It's more like I'm doing a common courtesy of sharing my ideas, programs, and other stuff with fellow game developers who should at least have the courtesy to do the same.

The problem lies in the "act negative" part. Believe it or not, I was trying to help up there. But I didn't know if there was a function that said how much memory is being used. I got the impression that there was not such a function because you said you just kept track of the amount of memory consumed yourself (like when loading files and such). There was NO reason for you to act negative toward me.

Your instead of you're, a common Arce typo... Add to it, "your are" is what is written here -- extra word. GV does that? Not that I've noticed.

GV spells devving with two v's. Forum search proves.
GV is more careful, there's a misspell there, "form" instead of "forum"

Again, only one V. GV consistently spells devving with two. So this is a consistent spelling, rules out fast error.

Gyro was perfectly clear, even I conceived the meaning my first time through.

Failed attempt at higher vocabulary, the word is "perceived," not "conceived". I don't recall fixing GV's vocabulary before.

And as for the knowledge leeching thing, I hate to get into it, but IMO asking questions counts as contributing. Esp. if you post a question and then if you find the answer, post it too. If much more flaming goes on here, I'm going to split this out, so everybody cool down.
