Super Mario 64 secret

I have a feeling this topic is something most of you already know, but I will continue nonetheless for the few who don't. Many of you know that on the original classical Super Mario 64 that after you've obtained all the stars then you can make it onto princess peache's castle by unlocking the cannon then shooting yourself onto it.

Here's the secret: There is a small glitch on the sides of the palace where if you jump "EXACTLY" in the right angles of the sidings then you can actually make it on top of the castle.

I successfully did it (after trying for over 8 painstaking hours ) as did many youtubers.

So all those years we've wasted to see Yoshi we could've done with only "0" stars lol!

However when I did do the glitch for some gay reason I didn't see yoshi the top was just empty.

I also noticed there are dozens of other "huge" glitches in the game.
Yet when I was a kid I never noticed them.
