A Great Game Programming Resource

Also I'll take this opportunity to introduce myself. I started watching Adv. in GameDev around episode 4 or 5. Sadly I didn't catch it from the beginning. My youtube account is the same as the account here, Thanatos454. I am on a team developing a side scrolling space shooter. My team has a group account at: http://www.youtube.com/user/TeamWasd . We are in need of a pixel artist so if anybody is interested send me a message here or on youtube.
